: We loved staying here. Huge lounge in this beautiful 17th building, a lovely little balcony overlooking lush vegetation. Great to have a drink on and we listened to a saxophone being played on the roof top opposite as the golden sun set. Super comfortable bed and very well equipped. Anna was on hand if we needed anything and kindly let us check out later. The area is good, away from the tourist traps with many good restaurants near by. But easily walkable to all the attractions.And all spotlessly clean and Covid safe.
: Nothing we didn’t like. Kitchen very well equipped, but maybe have a kettle? we are British and do love our tea! 2 coffee makers though. Not really a problem as used a pan.

: We loved this roomy, three-storey apartment that was beautifully decorated in period style. It was almost absolutely perfect and we would happily live there! The adventure begins from before you check in, since the outer facade is a crumbling old mansion - but from the entrance to the walk up to the apartment, everything was atmospheric and well suited to a Venetian adventure!Close to the centre of Venice, it's a stone's throw from a lively square and about half a kilometre from the bus station. You'll need to walk a bit to San Marco, however.Great for anyone who wants self-catering facilities.Hosts Anna and Giulia were lovely. Giulia gave us a quick orientation and recommended some restaurants to eat at. They left us some snacks and a bottle of Prosecco (of course, we returned the favour!). Reasonably priced.
: The kitchen was rather on the small side, but this shouldn't bother holiday travellers, and the bathroom is a bit tight.Note that the property requires negotiating two flights of steps. There are also steps inside.

: Location was fine, close to one of the little downtown areas near the university. Rooms were cultural and set up was cute.
: Host was not the nicest, applied a 25 euro late fee (cash only of course) because we arrived 15 minutes late. No extra paper towel or toilet paper. High price for a very mediocre stay, so many better places to stay with a comparable price.

: The apartment is very convenient, well equiped, perfect location, very helpful host. We enjoyed our stay.
: The shower bassein was not sufficient to keep water whet someone takes shower, so water goes out.
