: I liked the location of property, it is in the center and easy to reach to any point. Our host provided all needed information how to come, where to go etc. Apartment is cozy and it is enough space to leave for 6 people. Everything looks exactly as in pictures.
: Pillows for me were too big,there are different in apartment, but for me all were too big. And time to leave could be a bit later then 10.00 in the morning :)

: The apartment is a good size for a family of 5. The location is great for all the tourist hot spots.
: There is 2 steep flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade and had black mould stains around the tiles and the bath leaked when we had showers. I think the leaks are what caused the bathrooms to smell damp. The roof in the lounge area was leaking one night after a heavy downpour of rain. We reported it to the proprietor but no one came to repair it whilst we where there. We had to put a pot and towels down for a couple of days. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it was far from perfect.

: Alvise welcomed us nicely in the appartment, gave us a few tips to discover the city! Feels good to still have this detail in a bnb.Location is perfect and the flat is quite big!
: The "late" check-in fee that applies from 7pm is very expensive (50€, 80€ after 11pm!)There was an issue with the air conditionning that flooded the living room.

: The location was brilliant. I was worried that it would be too crowded as it was in the St Mark's area, but we were in a quiet street off the main area. Very easy access to everywhere. Our host was very responsive. The apartment is quite something! Supermarket really is just around the corner.
: We were fine with the stairs but folk should be aware that it's on the second floor without a lift. It would be good if there were salt pepper sugar etc there on arrival as we are not going to bring them in the plane!
