  : Excellent location, comfy bedroom and well-appointed sitting room. Modern decor and very clean. The remote check-in process was new to us but worked really well. The property is literally steps from the Rialto bridge but in a quiet square with a nice restaurant and is a few minutes walk from Mercato Rialto Vaporetto stop.
  : Kitchen is tiny and only really any use for making tea and toast. It wasn’t possible to plug the microwave and kettle in at the same time and there is literally no worktop space for preparing food or putting dishes out of your hand. With a bit of thought and a small amount of expenditure it could be massively improved. However the most inconvenient thing was the problem with the hot water. The shower ranged between lukewarm and cold and we often couldn’t get the water to run hot in the basin either. We followed the instructions about topping up the boiler pressure (we’re quite used to doing this at home) but this made little difference. Water pressure in this part of Venice is pretty low which isn’t the fault of the property owner but a different water heating system (eg hot water tank) would make a massive difference.
