  : I had a disappointing experience, Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar as they did not provide me with a clean cover, and she was very sharp. Furthermore, I had requested the hotel's reception to hold my bag for two hours until my next trip, as it included chocolates. Unfortunately, my bag was left outside under the sun, resulting in the chocolates being ruined due to melting.To address this issue, I contacted the hotel manager via WhatsApp. However, I was met with disrespect and ridicule when I mentioned the incident with the chocolates. I was astonished when the manager proceeded to block me, denying any further communication.I believe that such unprofessional behavior and the lack of attention to basic services are unacceptable from a hotel. As a guest, I expected better customer service and care for my belongings.I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance their cleanliness standards and customer service. It is important for them to recognize the value of their guests and address these issues appropriately

  : great location, easy 24hr check-in as done via codes texted, STUNNING view from the bedroom
  : the shared bathroom was in a bit of disrepair as there was a big leak while we were there. although this was fixed very soon after I alerted the host to it.

  : Good location, in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Instructions were very clear regarding check in. Good air conditioning/fan system but very loud. Would have been great if the clothes washer and dryer both worked! Simple kitchen facilities available (toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge and cooktop).
  : The toilet and shower is in one room and is shaded between multiple people (on our stay we shared between around 3 people). This is not a bad thing as long as you expect wait times and the inconvenience of sharing. The bedroom was very light in the morning as the blinds were not good. Facilities are basic- shower, beds etc. The property had a clothes washer and dryer. This would have been fantastic however the dryer did not work and the staff (despite being contacted multiple times) did not help.

  : Very good location. Clean sheets and bathroom.
  : Broken chair in the room. Broken curtain pole. Very light, curtains failed to block light out. Canal view is nice but noisy all night. Cleaning products and dirty rags left in bathroom.
