  : Location was great and the apartment itself was well lit and in a nice building with easy access to all local facilities. Beautiful wooden beams across the ceilings and quaint window shutters. The owner did answer an issue with had with the fridge quickly and professionally. Kitchen is well equipped but could use a kettle.
  : The apartment needs a good dusting - such a shame that the wooden beams were covered in dust. The apartment becomes tiny once the sofa is opened to accommodate 5 people. Unfortunately the beds were super uncomfortable and could do with an upgrade. The constant noise from the electricity cupboard/boiler felt like a engine in the apartment.

  : Location was great. Would definitely recommend Cannaregio. Quieter location and great for exploring. Apartment is easiest reached using the Alilaguna water boat from the airrport, get off at Guglie. But the owners don't tell you about this easy option even when it is queried with them. Apartment is spacious clean and quite well equipped for a short stay.
  : Owners demand full payment and forfeit your right for refund BEFORE the free cancellation period given by Booking.com ends. Owners' communication is not great. Directions to the apartment have an error. They tell you to use their directions and not to use Google maps but Google maps is accurate and their directions are flawed. Easier option to reach apartment is not given. Apartment has a small balcony but this is not really accessible due to the huge dining table placed in front of it. Tall wardrobe in bedroom is not fixed to wall so is a safety hazard. Window coverings, some of which are difficult to open without removing them completely, make the apartment quite dark. Listing states apartment has parking. Of course it does not have parking, this is Venice!

  : Unfortunately we did not stay at this apartment, which was wrongly advertised as split level which means about 4 to 5 stairs between each level. It should have been advertised as two storey with a steep staircase with only a handrail halfway. As my sister uses a walking stick and my wife suffers from vertigo we were unable to stay there. We realised that we would lose our paid money of €1,056 but when we asked the owner for at least the city tax of €60 to be refunded, the only reply received was that “it is not for disabled.” We thought that it was not fair or legal for him to pocket the city tax as well seeing we did not stay there. Would not recommend this apartment to elderly people.

  : Access code released only at 3pm, no chance to enter earlier or leave bags anywhere.Apartment missing basic kitchen utensils, not even a cloth to wipe table after dining, no wine glasses, only few glasses or cutlery
