  : The room was small and there was no elevator. Imagine carrying your luggage up all those steps. The location was terrible and the breakfast was awful. The shower was the size of my leg.

  : Bed is ok. Fair enough as you won't book a stay in Venice to stay in the room. Room is very very small, it' basically the bed and that's it. Bathroom is small but clean. Room was very clean in general, nothing to say wrong about this. Staff was very welcoming nice and friendly. Area is quite but still very close to main attractions.
  : I'm really sorry to say this but breakfast is disgusting. Only food besides pastry is some floating in water scrambled eggs, some lowest quality cheese and ham or some oily roasted ham. They don't even serve coffee if you can imagine in a Italian Hotel. they serve some sort of powder coffee, in Romania we call it ness. We could not enjoy breakfast at all. I recommend not booking the reservation with breakfast if you can. There are plenty of cafes nearby so we can have a popper breakfast and coffee

  : Location was great and the staff were super helpful and kind, particularly when we lost a bag on the ferry. Because of the staffs help, we actually got the bag back within a day so we were very appreciative of the care taken. The decor was lovely and even though the room was small, it was enough, considering that we were out exploring Venice most of the time.
  : The breakfast would be better with fresh fruit juices and fruit salad available and the main bed was made up of two single beds pushed together so this was a bit uncomfortable.

  : Great location. Wonderful view from the window with canal outside. We could stay a family of 4 in one room was good. But to stay 4 adults would have been to small.
  : Breakfast room was very small, and not so well ventilated. To be able to sit outdoor would have been better.
