: The location, that's it.
: Apart from 1 or 2 front desk staff, the rest weren't terribly friendly or helpful. The breakfast wasn't anything amazing and apart from the eggs that were cooked to order, the rest didn't seem super fresh or hot. There were Bain Marie's of just warm chicken nuggets and potato wedges on some of the mornings and warm bacon - when I say warm, by the time you've walked 5 meters to your table, it's completely cold.What really dissapointed us was the state of our bathroom. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel - the bathroom in our room wasn't something I'd expect to find in a 1 star hotel! It wasn't clean, the shower leaked everywhere, the exhaust fan was so blocked with dust that it didn't work at all. The ceiling was covered in mould! All the brass fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were either tarnished or riddled with rust. It really was a disgrace. Also, the duvet on the bed was so thin that it could pass as a sheet, this meant we had to sleep with the air-conditioning off as it was so cold at night.Beware, do not look at the images that the hotel has provided as the real thing is VERY different. Please look at my photos to see just how different it really is!
