: The location was perfect, really allowed you to get into the local life of Venice.
: During our stay the AC unit leaked, we called the maintenance team as recommended on check-in that they were the only people who could solve any issues for us. We called three times, the first time the lady did not do anything for us, the second time another lady answered and was not even aware we had reported an issue and sent someone to look at the unit. Finally they said that it needed a new part and despite it leaking we could still use it. We decided to leave it at this point and did not use it for the rest of the stay. Not a major issue but a bit better communication would have been a lot less stressful.
