  : The position.
  : I gave another chance to this place, they did not redeem themselves. Two years ago I experienced a nightmare being forced to go to Mestre in the evening as the codes to enter did not work out and no one replied to my calls. Now, the room that they gave us had some leaks. Water was draining from the ceiling and there was a really bad smell in the room. I asked for a partial refund but they said that the smell was not their fault as it was the low tide. Long story short, I lived in Venice for a lot of years and I can easily distinguish a problem of low tide and a problem within the structure, it was the second one.Also if you call yourself luxury apartments at least pretend to care about your clients. Someone actually came the second day to see the leak, did nothing, and that was the excuse to say that they checked the problem out, solved it and for that reason we could not ask for a refund.

  : The apartment in first floor is bigger than expectation, two bathroom set, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff and well organized check-in. Not too far from Ponte di Rialto. When we arrived the heater is already on, a warm welcome in a rainy winter Venecia.

  : A pretty large place for Venice, with enough to make a long stay possible. Two toilets are also practical if you are travelling with a larger family.
  : Getting the entrance to the apartment, required me to pay again through a different site, as they told me my Credit Card was not working on booking.Place is dark, mosquitos and not very luxurous.

  : Fantastic location! Very central to many sights and easy to get to. Large to fit an extended family. Beautiful old Venetian style with high ceilings and chandeliers. Loved the little canal outside our bedrooms!
  : Beds were too soft but personal preference. Water pressure in shower very weak and hot water ran out quickly.

  : Despite a good explanation of how to get there, you would expect the number of the appartment given to be visible from the outside. It took us quiet some time to figure it out.

  : Excellent location, well equipped, nice vibe and felt safe.
  : Only minor issue was the air condition units,not very effective and very noisy.

  : The ad for the apartment has the picture of a terrace and they didn’t give the option to pay more to have it. They just made us think it was part of the deal and did not clarify. The hot water did not work and they took some time to fix it. The was no coffee maker nor washing up liquid and a sponge

  : In the Center of Venice. A very quite place and easy to explore the City
  : Only one of the three bedrooms had a door. So you should only book if you know the other very well. The kitchen is okay, but e.g. No Coffee mashine, but a lot of Coffee Bars near by
