  : The toilet towels didn't get changed daily, and we got charged more for guest leaving with us, we got told that we had to pay extra for guests because of the facilities that need cleaning daily, also the address that hotel staff they gave us wasn't correct, we spent over 30 minutes looking for it and no one came with us to take us to the apartment,

  : Everything... spotless, spacious, stylish, great location, lots of hot water - we loved it. Nice touch with starter pack of teas and coffees etc, some milk cartons would have been good but an even nicer touch would have been some biscuits for late arrivals
  : Nothing really, would have been perfect with aircon in second bedroom but this would not stop me booking it again.

  : Very far away , we have bags and they don’t say anything about don’t have elevator , we need pay extra money a lot for help , they are worst

  : we experienced 2 blackouts for 2 nights stay - 17 June & 18 June. First night no one came to help us - we called reception 2 times;they told us go back next morning 9am! Contacted Booking.com - they tried to help but failed. We incurred international Call charges as WIFI was off during blackout. We had no light and electricity the whole night. We had to cancel 8.30am event next morning as we had no more power in all our mobile devices. Lastly we fixed problem ourselves on 18June morning by trying to find where the switch box was as we could not find it the whole night in the apartment- we found the switch box to electricity on the ground floor of building - we were staying 7 flights of steps up. Hotel still denied and claimed there was blackout in city due to storm. There was no storm but light rain coz we checked; the city light was still on and we were out till 1am.On 18 June; blackout again. we had to go down again n switch it back on.We feedback to receptionist when we checked out on 19June. He claimed that management will write to us but till now - no reply. I wrote directly to property - also no reply.
