  : The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was one significant issue with the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during my stay. Despite informing the reception, they explained that it was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted individually. As a result, the room temperature was uncomfortably high, especially given the hot weather at the time. The only solution offered was a fan, which helped a little but was not sufficient. Overall, while the hotel itself was great and the staff were accommodating, the lack of control over the room temperature was disappointing and affected my experience.

  : I selected this hotel after debating if to stay in a SPA hotel in Murano at similar price. The decisive factor was the location of this hotel and the fact that while central - you will not need to use any transport to explore main Venice - its also hidden in a quiet square away from the noise of busy Venice. The room was very small but this is to be expected with how Venice is built. It was one of the cleanest rooms I ever had in a hotel in Italy! The main con was that the bed wasnt very comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was rather basic and on reflection I wouldnt buy it again, I hoped this would save me some money in very expensive tourist trap that this city is but did not end up enjoying much of it at all. In summary I do recommend this place, for the price and location in Venice you get a decent stay - mine was 3 nights.

  : The breakfast buffet had many delicious choices. The location is very good, in a quiet square in the centre of Venice. The room had a small corridor, it was well equipped.
  : I you are looking for spacious room, there was not much space around the room it self. It didn't bother me, but might not suit everyone. The lightbulbs in the small entry-corridor were out of order. The cleaning staff was cleaning my room when I got back from having breakfast the second morning, so I had to wait to get into my room.
