  : Everything else.I stayed at this hotel from the 6th until the 8th of Sep2023. And I have never had such horrible experience in my life.I had a big problem with a leaking ac making my bed and pillow all wet. I reported it at 11pm the 6th Sep as I came back to the hotel and discovered it. The staff on duty at that time offered no help and just told me that nothing he could do. I should wait until the water stop leaking. He didnt even come to the room and have a look to see what happened or check out the leakage. He didnt even think about if there was anything else that could help me beside finding someone to fix the AC at that time which would be impossible. So instead, he did absolutely nothing. I was left alone in the room with a leaking ac kept dripping water on to the bed and I had to leave at mid night to find some food because it was impossible to even lay down. There werent no body able to to help until later another staff came to work and he offered to move the bed and change the bed sheet and pillows as a temporary solution. I could not sleep until 3pm and it completely ruined my trip. They all said they would find someone to check the ac on the 7th(next day) but nobody came to the room to have a look until the 8th even when I checked out. No technician has came to check or doing anything. And without the ac it was very very hot and they dont have a spare fan even tho I told them already I feel really hot in the room. I am asking for a refund for this booking as it is just unacceptable that the willingness of help that this hotel offer. I have e photo prove and everything recorded. Booking.com contacted them and being ghosted. This is unbelievable. Recommend this hotel if you hate that person.

  : The room is in desperate need of renovation. The room gets very hot and the fan doesnt do the job.Its good for one night if you just go there to sleep.

  : It was not comfortable to sleep - the air conditioner could not cope with the heat, the double bed consisting of two single beds was moving apart all the time.

  : This is not a 3-star hotel level. Im as a guest filled myself unsafe and uncomfortable being there. Photos that are attached to the hotel page on platform do not correspond to reality. Photos are too old or photoshopped. The room is in a terrible state (except for the bathroom, in which, unfortunately, I could not sleep in any way). There is mold on the walls, swollen and peeling paint on the head of the bed, peeled furniture, broken doorway to the bathroom, the door to which does not close with any effort. The room has a distinct smell of mold and dampness, room doesnt have sufficient lighting, its very dark. At the entrance to the room, condensation from the air conditioner drips onto the head, a puddle already formed under it. There are also a lot of mosquitoes, but the receptionist said that they are in all rooms, so Im not going to even comment it. Also the light bulb that doesnt work was not even changed in the room. On the same day Ive sent the hotel a request for a refund, as I was not satisfied with the conditions that I saw. I never spent the night in this room and immediately took my belongings as I found another hotel. Due to the current situation, I had to urgently look for another hotel, which cost me 4.5 times more and transport my luggage twice through the city which also costed me money, energy and I wasted time of my vacation. Moreover, hotel still didnt give me any feedback on my request on Booking.com either on email. Booking.com still waiting for the reply from them as well.

  : Great location near San Marco with a nice outlook and very nearby supermarket. The staff allowed us to store our bags as we arrived early. Bed was comfortable.
  : The aircon doesnt work properly so it can be very hot in summer. The shower also spills onto the floor a lot and there isnt very good ventilation in the bathroom.
